The rolling two-week window controls how far ahead access credentials and device schedules are prepared. Understanding it prevents surprises near check-in.
1. What “rolling” means.
Each day, the system advances the planning horizon so you always have roughly fourteen days of prepared access data. Older days fall off as new days are added.
- Near-term stays stay fully prepared
- Far-future stays wait until they enter the window
- Edits inside the window sync sooner than distant ones
2. Why last-minute bookings still work.
Reservations that land inside the active window are processed quickly. Bookings far outside the window wait until they roll into range.
3. What to check when a code is missing.
Confirm the stay dates fall inside the window, then refresh the listing and device assignment before opening a support ticket.
