How to Connect Your Tado Account

This guide will walk you through how to connect your Tado° account and devices to Jervis Systems.

  1. From your Jervis Systems account, navigate to the Devices page and select Tado° from the Import Devices drop-down list.

  1. Select the option to Authorize the connection.

  1. From the next page, leave the generated user code as it is and select Submit.

  1. Input your credentials to login in to your Tado° account.

  1. Once your Tado° account is connected, you can select the Refresh button on your devices page to show your imported device(s). Then, select the drop-down list under the Assigned Listings column to assign the device(s) to a listing. Be sure devices are assigned to the correct listing. After assigning a device, the status will show as enabled.

  1. Going forward, if you are looking to import newly added Tado° devices, do not re-import the vendor. Use the Refresh Devices option at the top of the Devices page.
  2. Once your Tado° thermostats are imported, it’s time to configure the thermostat settings. Once set, these settings will go into effect before, during, and between reservations. To configure your settings, select the three dots to the right of each device listing from the Jervis devices page to view and edit the thermostat details for Guest Mode, Vacant Mode, and Guardrails.   1. Now, your Tado° devices are mapped to your their respective listings and access is set up for your guests. Guests can access temperature controls using our web app (AccessMyProperty.com) and mobile app to click to unlock. You can see more details on sharing access to the web app in our guide here.
