With the Jervis Systems-Sensi integration, you can connect your Sensi smart thermostat and set temperature controls to go into effect before, during, and after your guest’s stay.
From your Jervis Systems account, navigate to the Devices page and select Sensi from the Import Devices drop-down list.
You will be brought to the Sensi login screen and prompted to input your login details to connect.
From there, you will need to accept the permissions for Jervis to fully connect.
Navigate to the Devices page to view your imported devices. Select the drop-down list under the Assigned Listings column to assign the device(s) to a listing. Be sure devices are assigned to the correct listing. After assigning a device, the status will show as enabled.
Going forward, if you are looking to import newly added Sensi devices, do not re-import the vendor. Use the Refresh Devices option at the top of the Devices page.
Once your Sensi thermostats are imported, it’s time to configure the thermostat settings. Once set, these settings will go into effect before, during, and between reservations. To configure your settings, select the three dots to the right of each device listing from your Jervis Devices page to view and edit the thermostat details for Guest Mode, Vacant Mode, and Guardrails. You can check out our guide here for more details on setup.
You can also configure Default Settings in your Jervis account to go into effect for newly imported thermostats in the future following our guide here.
