How to Import Your Lockly Smart Locks

This guide will walk you through how to connect your Lockly account and devices to Jervis Systems.

  1. From your Lockly Access Portal, select the Add API Account button.

  1. Select the option to Integrate with Other System, review and agree to the conditions, and then confirm.

  1. Enter Jervis Systems for the API acccount name.

  1. On the next screen, select My Property in the Property drop-down. Apply API permissions to include the following: Property and Room (Read & Write), Door Lock (Read & Write), and API eBadge Admin. Then set the validity period to permanent.

  1. Your API account will now be created, giving you access to your client ID, key ID, access key, token ID, and token. Select the option to copy the details and select done.

  1. From your Jervis Systems account, navigate to the Devices page and select Lockly from the Import Devices drop-down list.

  1. Fill in the fields with the values provided by Lockly for your IDs, access key, and token.

  1. Once your Lockly account is connected, you can select the Refresh button on your devices page to show your imported device(s). Then, select the drop-down list under the Assigned Listings column to assign the device(s) to a listing. Be sure devices are assigned to the correct listing After assigning a device, the status will show as enabled.

  1. Going forward, if you are looking to import newly added Lockly devices, do not re-import the vendor. Use the Refresh Devices option at the top of the Devices page.
  2. From your reservations tab, select the Refresh Reservations button. Once your reservations are imported or refreshed, you should see the generated PIN code under the SET® PIN field.

  1. Jervis Systems stores the PIN code to property management systems. If you have a property management system connected, you can create an email template to automatically send access instructions to guests. We detail how to do this for different property management systems in our guides here.
