How to Set Up a Custom Subdomain

For setting up white labeling settings for the Access My Property web app, some property managers prefer to use a domain tied to their business that guests will see when they go to the web app.

Setting this up requires the following:

1. Submit a Support Request with the registered domain you want to use. 
2. From there, our team will create the DNS records (two CNAME records) and share those details via the support ticket.
3. Enter those records into your domain registrar. 
4. Once all records are verified, Jervis will activate and the custom domain name will now work for you and your guests.
