At times, Jervis will provide error message that notify that the system was unable to create a code for a listing.
If the system is not able to create a code, it’s not going to made it to your property management system. Please pay attention to these error messages. They are critically important.
Our error messages tell you which reservation was affected and the issue. Select the View Error option from your Reservations page in Jervis to see the specific error.

Below, we detail our recommendations based on the specific error for quick reference.
We will continue to add to this guide based on common errors and provide guidance.
Invalid Token
The “invalid token” error is specifically from TTLock locks where the authorization has expired.
In this scenario, you should disconnect and reconnect the vendor account.
Token Not Found & Access Code Validation Failed
Both of these error codes mean that the authorization has expired with the vendor connected.

You will need to disconnect and reconnect the vendor account. You can follow our guide here to do so.
Disconnecting and reconnecting will not impact a guest’s code, even if they are currently staying at the property.
You MUST disconnect before you attempt to reconnect. The same account should only be connected once; otherwise, this leads to duplications and errors.
Resource Not Found
If you receive a ‘ResourceNotFound’ error for your device, this is often due to a recently reset or replaced lock.
We recommend following our guide here to reconnect your affected device.

The Gateway is Busy. Please Try Again Later.
This means that there is likely one gateway being used for multiple locks. We recommend that you have one gateway for one or two locks maximum. We also encourage you to check out our guide here on checking the connection between your device and the gateway.

If other errors show up that you need assistance with, please send our team a Support Request from your Jervis Systems dashboard.
