How to Connect Your igloodeveloper Account

This guide will walk you through how to connect your Igloo Developer account and devices to Jervis Systems.

  1. From your Jervis Systems account, navigate to the Devices page and select Igloo Developer from the Import Devices drop-down list.

  1. The modal will prompt you to input your API key.

  1. To generate, go to your Igloo Developer account < API Access < Webhook. Select the option to create a webhook.

  1. Use https://www.jervis.systems/webhook/igloodeveloper as the webhook URL.

  1. Once created, copy the generated API key.

  1. Paste the API key into Jervis to connect and import your devices.

  1. Navigate to the Devices page to view your imported devices. Select the drop-down list under the Assigned Listings column to assign the device(s) to a listing. Be sure devices are assigned to the correct listing. After assigning a device, the status will show as enabled.

  1. Going forward, if you are looking to import newly added igloodeveloper devices, do not re-import the vendor. Use the Refresh Devices option at the top of the Devices page.
  2. From your reservations tab, select the Refresh Reservations button. Once your reservations are imported or refreshed, you should see the generated PIN code under the SET® PIN field.

  1. Jervis Systems stores the PIN code to property management systems. If you have a property management system connected, you can create an email template to automatically send access instructions to guests. We detail how to do this for different property management systems in our guides here.
  1. Now, your devices are mapped to your their respective listings and access is set up for your guests. Guests can either type the PIN code in or use our web app (AccessMyProperty.com) and mobile app to click to unlock. You can see more details on sharing access in our guide here.
