How to Connect Your Jervis Systems® Account to Zapier

With the Jervis Systems-Zapier integration, you can create a Zap to automatically import your reservation, guest, and SET® PIN code details to a Google Sheet.

Below we outline the complete step-by-step process to accept the Zapier invite and build a Zap with Jervis Systems:

  1. You can acccess the integration with Jervis Systems by following this link and logging into your Zapier account.
  1. Within your Zapier account, navigate to the Zaps tab.

  1. Select the option to create a New Zap.

  1. From the following screen, select the Trigger button.

  1. This will open the following screen:

  1. Using the search bar, find and select the option for Jervis Systems.

  1. You will be brought to the following page, where you will need to select the trigger event. In this case, the trigger will be a New Reservation.

  1. From here, you will need to connect your Jervis Systems account to Zapier.

    Enter jervis-zapier as the Unique ID.
  2. Copy the Unique ID value, then click the link provided to generate your access token.

  1. You will be taken to the Jervis Systems API document page. Select the Authorize button.

  1. On the following screen, paste your Unique ID in the API key field.

    Your unique ID is jervis-zapier.

    Then select the Authorize button.

  1. After the connection has been authorized, select the button to close the window.

  1. From the Jervis Systems API document page, select the Try it out button.

  1. An email and password will be generated. Select the Execute button.

  1. The following code will be provided. Copy the entire access token in between the quotation marks (“) in the response body.

  1. Navigate back to the Connect an Account window and paste the value in the access token field. Then select the option to continue to Jervis Systems.

  1. Once your account is connected, select the button to continue.

  1. Now that the setup is complete, select the option to test the trigger.

  1. To test, Zapier will load your most recent reservations from your Jervis Systems account. Select a reservation from your generated records, and then select the button to continue with the selected record.

  1. On the next screen, select the option to connect Google Sheets as your action event.

  1. From here, connect your Google account. Then select the button to continue.

  1. Next, you will need to configure the spreadsheet to populate necessary information for the guest and reservation. You will need to name and specify the spreadsheet the data will map to.

  1. Once you select the sheet, you will be able to view and configure the cell rows and values as shown below. Once you’re finished, select the button to continue.

  1. Select the Test step button.

  1. In testing and opening the Google Sheets document, you should see the record ID, the name of the guest, the check-in and check-out times, and the PIN code applied to the reservation.

  1. Once the test has been completed, you can publish the Zap.
