How to Import Your DUSAW Devices

This guide will walk you through how to connect your DUSAW account and devices to Jervis Systems.

  1. From your Jervis Systems account, navigate to the Devices page and select DUSAW from the Import Devices drop-down list.

  1. Fill in the fields with your DUSAW account credentials.

  1. Once your DUSAW account is connected, you can select the Refresh button on your devices page to show your imported device(s). Then, select the drop-down list under the Assigned Listings column to assign the device(s) to a listing. Be sure devices are assigned to the correct listing. After assigning a device, the status will show as enabled.

  1. From your reservations tab, select the Refresh Reservations button. Once your reservations are imported or refreshed, you should see the generated PIN code under the SET® PIN field.

  1. Jervis Systems stores the PIN code to property management systems. If you have a property management system connected, you can create an email template to automatically send access instructions to guests. We detail how to do this for different property management systems in our guides here.
  2. You can also plug in your DUSAW card reader/encoder in your system. To set this up, navigate to Devices > Operations > Configure Access.

  1. Click on Configure Access.

  1. The lock that Configure Access was selected from will be automatically selected.  If you want multiple locks to be opened by the same access card, select those here well here. The locks must support this functionality. Select the key fob or access card ID field WHILE tapping your card on your reader to add your card serial number. The number will be automatically filled. Then, select Save to program the settings.

  1. Going forward, if you are looking to import newly added DUSAW devices, do not re-import the vendor. Use the Refresh Devices option at the top of the Devices page.
  2. Success! Your Jervis Systems and DUSAW accounts are connected and your PIN codes are set up. Guests can either type the PIN code in or use our web app (AccessMyProperty.com) and mobile app to click to unlock. You can see more details on sharing access in our guide here.
