Need to update a guest’s phone number? Just fixed a device connectivity issue? Your next step is to reprocess your upcoming reservation. In Jervis Systems®, reprocessing reservations signals our system to immediately re-attempt adding codes to a device for an upcoming reservation.
We recommend individually reprocesssing any affected reservations, starting with the highest priority reservation (where guest check-in is within 24-48 hours).
After your reprocess a reservation, Jervis will automatically retry other reservations every 30 minutes.
Head over to the Reservations page and select the option to reprocess a single reservation.

If multiple reservations need to be reprocessed, you can select the checkbox for each and then select the option to reprocess.

Once you see the circular arrow icon, this means that our system is actively reprocessing the reservation.
Jervis will immediately retry adding the SET® PIN code details to the reservation. Repeat this process for any other reservations that may be affected.
Once the system has finished, the code should appear.
If an error occurs during reprocessing, delete the reservation by going to the Operations menu < Delete for the reservation line item.
Then press Refresh Reservations at the top of the screen. This will bring in the reservation again and process it.
If there are any issues with generating the code, for example, in the case of using the last four digits of a guest’s phone number, Jervis will default to generating a random code.
You can delete the affected reservation from Jervis and the associated codes on the lock itself.
Then, when everything is completely deleted, you can press Refresh Reservations.
