How to Set Up White-Labeling in Jervis Systems
In Jervis Systems you have the option to customize the web app to put your brand front and center for guests.
This guide walks you through the set up:
Note: To use the White Label feature, you can enable it for your account by submitting a Support Request in Jervis Systems (if it’s not already available in your main taskbar).
- Navigate to the Listings page and select the option to edit your listing from the Operations menu.
- Upload the file for your company logo.
- Next, navigate to Add-Ons > White Label Web App to configure your chosen fonts and brand colors via our color picker tool. You can preview your color choices after selecting the option to save. See the section below for more details on how to set up a custom subdomain.
- You can preview how the web app looks with your logo by navigating to the SET App page > Try Our Web App. Then select the web app with your preferred language. You will use the phone number or email associated with your Jervis Systems account to access.
- You can also view it using the custom link for the listing, which can be found under SET App > Web App Links.
- Select the property link (or platform property link if available in your account) and log in to the Access My Property app with the phone number or email associated with your Jervis account.
Note: The difference between the property link and the platform property link is the IDs. The property link uses the Jervis property ID. The platform property link uses the PMS property ID.
- Your logo and company name will be visible when selecting the main menu.
- Guests will also see you logo when they access the login page for the web app. (You can open the link for the web app in an incognito window to preview the login view.)
- If there are any issues with display, let our team know by submitting a support request via your Jervis Systems account.
How to Set Up a Custom Subdomain
- Submit a Support Request with the registered domain you want to use.
- From there, our team will create the DNS records (two CNAME records) and share those details via the support ticket.
- Enter those records into your domain registrar.
- Once all records are verified, Jervis will activate and the custom domain name will now work for you and your guests.
