How to Submit Credentials for Your Support Requests

How to Submit Credentials for Your Support Requests

If you’re looking to get help from our Support Team, we want to share a couple of tips to make the support process faster for you.

First, submitting your credentials takes place on our Support Request page. On this page, you’ll fill out the areas related to the Support Request. Any form field not associated with the request can be marked “Not Applicable.”

Here are some best practices we recommend:

First, be sure to check the box to securely submit your credentials directly to our team.

From there, select your device vendor and input your username and password. Submitting your credentials allows us to:

  1. Replicate the problem you are having from within your account to better troubleshoot the issue.
  2. Link the device account for you. If you would like us to map your devices to certain properties, please be sure to detail which device is associated with each property in the comments section.
  3. Conduct new device integration beta testing. You can submit device credentials for a device vendor that Jervis Systems doesn’t support, but that you would like to see included as an option. Submitting your credientials allows our team the ability to evaluate whether integration is possible and for testing during development.

If you’re looking to have our team troubleshoot an issue, be sure to select the specific property, device, and reservation that’s associated with the issue.

If you’re looking to link your devices for you or are wanting us to explore device integration or testing, be sure to select “Not Applicable” for each field and only submit your credentials to the team.
