With the Jervis Systems®-Honeywell integration, you can connect your Honeywell (Resideo) smart thermostats AND your First Alert devices to set temperature controls to go into effect before, during, and after your guest’s stay.
You can check out our Supported Devices page for all the T-series models we currently support:

In this guide, we walk you through the quick setup process and available Jervis Systems settings for your Honeywell thermostats:
- Before connecting your thermostat to Jervis Systems, you must be set up with the Resideo Mobile App. You can also migrate your Total Connect Comfort (TCC) thermostats from the TCC app into the Resideo app. Check out the TCC FAQ here.
- From your Jervis Systems account, navigate to the Devices page and select Honeywell Thermostat from the Import Devices drop-down list.

- Select the device type you want to import.

- You will be brought to the login screen related to the device type you chose, where you’ll be prompted to input your credentials.

- Accept the terms of use and privacy statement.

- For the device type you chose, confirm the devices you would like to import.

- Once your account is connected, you can select the Refresh button on your devices page to show your imported device(s). Then, select the drop-down list under the Assigned Listings column to assign the device(s) to a listing. Be sure devices are assigned to the correct listing.

- Going forward, if you are looking to import newly added Honeywell devices, do not re-import the vendor. Use the Refresh Devices option at the top of the Devices page.
- Now, it’s time to configure the thermostat settings for your guests. Once set, these settings will go into effect before, during, and between reservations. To configure your settings, select the three dots to the right of each property listing to view and edit the thermostat details for Guest Mode, Vacant Mode, Guardrails, and our Snooze setting.
