With the dormakaba Saffire EVO locks, you can add or remove access card and key fob access via your Jervis Systems account. The Configure Access view (detailed below) allows you to see all active codes currently on your Saffire EVO lock since these codes are not visible from the Lyazon app.
This guide will walk you through how to configure access, view active codes, and remove access.
- From the Devices page, navigate to the Operations menu for your dormakaba Saffire EVO lock, and select Configure Access.
- From the Device Pincode page, you can view all active codes and their access start and end times. Select the Configure Access button at the top of the screen to add a code.
- Referencing your key fob or access card, you can choose to input all numbers provided in the code (including zeros) or input only the values following the zeros to successfully set up access. From there, set your access start and end times. You can select up to 10 years, however we recommend setting for 5 years.
- You can update or remove access at any time by going to Devices > Operations > Configure Access and selecting the Operations menu for any line item.
